Lynwood Pointe Apartments

I think the management company is doing a fine job but here and lays the problem. The management company has rules in place for a reason. It is now became very apparent that residence/guest make up their own rules and the ones that are in place do not apply. This is very saddening. It is the resident/guest responsibility to make sure they put their garbage in the garbage not on the ground. The management company does not show up and throw garbage on the ground. Resident/Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pets not the management company. It has also the resident/guest is responsible to discipline their children to keep them from running in the hallways. The management company does not show up with children and let them run. When I first moved in, nothing was done. Is steal stuff that need to be done I like the apartment is spacious, but I need a lot of work done in this apartment

Had it very bad experience Susan. The landlord was very racist took up for the person that lives downstairs from Me did not hear what we had to say. She called us about a cup of water that spilts down to his balcony, which we didn't do anything. It spilled from the rain and there was a cup out there. And we gotta Accused of pouring water down to his balcony for no reason. It was a very bad experience living here. We got harassed by the neighbor downstairs constantly. Um it was very bad.

Hallways are dirty the front door has cable wire hanging in front of the door look like they have been cut back hallway by the door is extremely dirty the door is always propped open!!! As the front door as well parking lot is full trash it’s never clean poor lighting in the parking lot and in the back. The garbage dumpster is horrible trash all around it on the ground. Big dogs barking and dog poop everywhere even in the hallways at times. It’s a huge mice problem!! To be perfectly honest I wouldn’t recommend no one to live there I’m sorry but it’s the truth. Maintenance guy will come fix one thing and tell you he’ll be back to to finish up and you’ll never see him again. Only time the building is clean is when it’s inspection time. We have cheap blinds that constantly break just by touch

They are very quick with responding to maintenance requests. And they do a good job at making sure they get it done in a timely matters. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because I still haven't gotten my mailbox lock replaced and I can't paint the apartment the color that I want. Other than that, I think they're pretty dope so far!
