The manager Latishia is by far the best. Very honest well spoken and very professional. She welcomed my brother kids and I with open arms. She made the move in process so easy. Maintenance guy Joe is friendly quick but also very efficient. I am pleased with how well this move went for my family and I. Thank you Guys :)

I reached out set up a meeting to view & do application, missed other opportunities just to had got stupid up by apartment manager with no return calls or information & wasted over hundred dollar getting there & still no replies. It is very unprofessional & honestly down right insensitive as I told manager my move was time sensitive. I tried to empathize due to managers mom being sick or injured in ICU; but this is me & my kids livelihood. No apologies was given or even a email or called me back yet & it’s been weeks maybe even a month & I am still looking for unit. I get it’s short staffed to flip units & everyone is busy during moving season but I just can’t see how no help can be had at all when someone as flexible as me is willing to work around most issues to a solution. I have been living here for 3 months today and I love it. New manager LaTishia is awesome. It's nice place to live.

It fell apart very quickly after the first 6 years, I lived there for 13 years. There was a lot of broken things and the maintenance would take forever to fix it, and they would only do half-effort jobs and then never get back to you , i.e; They put new wood floors on top of rotted ones that had BLACK MOLD growing under them that they did nothing about. When a pipe was leaking they just put wood over where the ceiling had leaked through. There were roaches, we kept out house clean, but they kept coming from next door. They sprayed next door, roaches came here, they sprayed here, roaches went next door, it just kept repeating and the whole line of houses had the infestation and they never sprayed them all at once so they just kept coming back. Then there were ants that came too. AND THE KID

Don't rent from this place stay clear away the property manager name is darlynn and she is a meth slash crack head and is very unprofessional. The management is a joke they don't fix things the maintenance guys are rats and will not fix things properly. Also it has rats and roaches that u don't see until you move in if I was you I would stay away from a management and maintenance ran by a bunch of snitches and meth slash crack head.
