Customer Reviews
I’ve lived at Lyndy for almost six months, and it’s been great. Move-in was smooth, Amanda in the leasing office is wonderful, and the units are cozy and modern. The building is quiet and in a great location. I’d definitely recommend Lyndy to anyone moving to Minneapolis.
Amanda and Aaron are amazing. That’s a great thing about this place. Amanda is the best we’ve had. She WILL advocate for you, and Aaron will show up usually next day to fix things for you. 10/10. They are good with ESAs. Update- I think IPG is doing better at listening to our requests. We have since gotten a PM security guard and protected package system. Update- new garage door!!!!!! No more tarp for a garage door. But we still don’t have working AC in the gym for years now. And the upstairs community room is closed off. For a “luxury apartment”, it sucks to have basically no amenities here. (Closed due to paid-entry parties throughout the night and the homeless coming in.) The garage and the carpeting NEVER gets cleaned. Not since Llogan was PM and that was 2022 I believe. The last two t
We just moved here back in June, I wish we had access to the rooftop/grill area but don't because of an incident that happened I guess and it hasn't been open since. Sucks because the only other amenities here is the gym. Wish I could enjoy it before the weather changes drastically. It's unfair to everyone here that we cannot use it. It's been a good 2 months at this point.
I've lived here a little over a year, and have really enjoyed my experience thus far (and just renewed my lease)! It has a cozier, more friendly vibe than some of the other apartment complexes in the area. The management definitely contributes to this vibe, with a fun bonus of monthly emails featuring the Lyndy pet of the month, and recommendations for fun happenings in the area. Tho the amenities are few, the common areas are some of the best I've encountered - rooftop in the summer is to die for - and because we aren't all packed in like sardines, you can often find them empty (which I love). If you're looking for a party scene, look elsewhere. Here tho, you'll find a quiet, lovely place to live, with respectful neighbors, great gym, access to the the greenway, and excellent views of the
March 2025 | I have now lived at the Lyndy for just over 7 months and overall I am satisfied. I worked in the LynLake neighborhood for 4 years prior to moving into the Lyndy and the neighborhood has some of my most favorite places in the city. There are a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, performing arts, a variety of gyms, visual art including numerous murals from the annual LynLake Street Art Festival, along with many different shops from vintage clothes to adult toys/gear. Everything is walkable and the greenway is directly to the north of the building, we even have a path from our building down to the greenway. Amanda and Erin are a great team, they are both attentive and quick to respond. I never wait more than 2 days for a maintenance request to be taken care of and usually it
