DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! The owners are slumlords they claim and advertise luxury studio apartments for $1250 when really they are 1450 they claim no deposit is needed but will then demand deposit they claim no credit checks but then run your credit without your permission dumpsters always full major plumbing issues the owners son doesn’t know anything that he should know he’ll tell you everything is good to go but will then change his mind these people are slumlords and nobody should EVER rent from them I am currently in the process of building a case against them if you respect yourself in anyways shape or form you will not rent from these people I hope to see them out of business before 2025
