As a local Realtor, I reached out to them for help, even though they weren’t handling the closing, after an unexpected hiccup left my seller unable to sign at the designated Title Company that was over an hr from her home, she is a Lake Wales resident. The first Title Co I called told me that they could not accommodate my request. I didn’t let that discourage me and I tried again. I spoke with Annmarie and she graciously agreed to accommodate us and allowed us to sign at their office and use their scanner to send the documents to the other Title Company, saving the day for the buyers! As a mortgage lender I interact with dozens of title companies each month, and they are absolutely not all created equal. When something gets tricky some will put the file on the backburner, and some will rise to the occasion. I can say with certainty that the loan we just closed with Anne Marie would NOT have gone through on time with 90% of title companies. She was always willing to make adjustments in the 11th hour, always picked up the phone, and really went the extra mile to get it done.
