Luxe Tower

My first time seeing Luxe Towers was me driving by and I was impressed with how long and wide the balcony was. I then took at tour with the property manager Taylor and loved the units! The views from the balcony were gorgeous and there is a creek on the side as well. I have now been here for 3 months and still love it. The residence are nice, stay quiet most of the time, awesome amenities; indoor pool, sauna, clubhouse and patio with gas grills. I am in a two bed two full bath unit and the space awesome. If you have a dog this place is truly pet friendly. No dog type restrictions, no pet deposit or monthly pet fees! They have also created a dog park that is fenced in! I know some may think this is out of the way I love that part! So this place is definitely worth a view if looking at mo

I absolutely love living here! So many reasons why but mostly because of the exceptional staff. Taylor is extremely responsive, helpful, professional and friendly. He is incredibly passionate and the reason why I fell in love with this home. That and also the fact that maintenance Paul keeps the community beautifully maintained and grounds always extremely well kept. He ensures issues get resolved quickly and the first time, these guys are top-notch!! Also, my apartment is so spacious, a great location and well maintained. It's truly a perfect place to call home!

I love these apartments! Very pet friendly which is hard to find in most of Colorado. The property manager is very helpful and really personable, just like all the tenants that I've talked to since I've lived here. Plenty of amenities and my unit is perfect for me. Highly recommend!

We moved here recently and we love it! The apartments are pretty modern with granite countertops and steel appliances. The balcony is extremely spacious and easy to customize for a cozy space. I also love the lighting in the entire apartment because it’s not overwhelmingly bright like everywhere else I’ve lived. There’s a turf dog park that my dogs absolutely love. Lastly, the staff/management is very kind. I’m happy we moved here!!

I’ve lived in this building for about a year now and it’s been a great place to live! We’ve had very minimal issues, and the minor ones that have come up have been fixed quickly, typically within the hour. The maintenance guy is awesome and goes above and beyond to meet any needs we’ve had while living here. The building is in a more quiet part of town than where I lived previously, and that’s much appreciated. Taylor (manager) is a very good communicator and keeps us up to date on changes around the building. Heated pool, sauna, fenced in area for the dogs, balcony with a great view of the mountains. We’ve enjoyed living here and look forward to at least another year here!
