IT would be nice to know when the abuse of mail/phone calls/texts will stop coming my way. Probably won't - and reading through these reviews, most of these were either paid or personal. I didn't ask for information, I didn't ask for you to continue to call me, or send me mail, and yet here I am because it's getting old. There is zero substance to companies that continue to harass people. If you have a good product, and word of mouth gets out, then people consume - instead, I have to deal with mailings and phone calls because these folks are spending money to purchase public data, throw together a .csv file, toss it into a mailing/phone call campaign and hope something sticks. I didn't need to go far when I saw a response to one review that was probably the most emotionally fueled garbage

Was very understanding of our situation and got us the best deal he could. Anytime I had a question he would explain the answer and made sure I understood what was going on. Had the best staff, who was also great and very helpful. When I had trouble getting bank statements, they were there, credit issues, they were there to help! Highly recommend Jason and his team!

Called in to see what this notice in the mail was about, was informed it was about my home warranty coverage. I have a home warranty coverage already through another company and Lower LLC is not through my mortgage anyways. Lady was rude on the phone as soon as I mentioned I already have a home warranty through elsewhere. Also ended up talking over me then hanging up, just very unprofessional and rude. Then went in how in the state of Colorado in our location 3rd party isn’t acceptable for home warranty, they do not recognize it. You can clearly look it up in Title 12, Article 10, Part 9 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, titled "Home Warranty Service Contracts". That it is legal and if anything you guys are trying to use scare tactics into people buying your home warranty.

I applied and requested a SOFT credit check. Their application even states it’s a soft inquiry and I said to everyone I spoke with that I was a victim of identity fraud and was taking care of my credit. They all said ok and I received notifications of a HARD inquiry. When I called them out, they insisted it was a soft inquiry but I have multiple notifications and my credit score dipped a few points because of it. When I provided screenshots they stopped replying. No accountability, no apology, no plan to fix my issue. They lied and ghosted me.

Leslie and her team were amazing. Very responsive and always in a timely manner. Leslie ran numbers for us on several different homes with the various variables and rates to ensure we got the best deal for our money (rate buydowns, taxes, etc.). We would recommend her and her team to anyone trying to buy a home in any state. As a military service member, I was especially appreciative of Leslie's willingness to work with me at various (and not always convenient) times, as I was moving my family half way across the country while in the middle of the house buying process. Further, she didn't stop helping after we closed on the house and is still providing support through recommendations on things we need such as an HVAC technician and other contractors.
