He presented the difference in the projected sale price for both scenarios, and the decision was left to us. We decided to sell the home as is and could not be happier with the sale price and how quickly the whole process was completed. Scott did an excellent job preparing, listing, and selling my father’s home after he passed away. It was of course an emotional time, and Scott took the stress and worry of selling the house of my plate.
