Customer Reviews
I have lived in this apartment for several years, but the situation has recently become very bad. Packages are frequently stolen from the garage and the lobby, even though I pay $75 per month for the garage. No one is monitoring the security cameras. When we call 911, we are told they will not respond unless someone is seriously injured. More than ten cars have had their windows broken, only this week this making the building unsafe for residents.
I can't believe that I've lived here for 7 years now and haven't made a full review! Out of the 5+ apartments that I've lived at in the Twin Cities, this is literally the best one. There are several reasons why I've lived here for 7 years. I'll list a few of them. It's super convenient having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in my apartment. If something needs to be fixed, maintenance is always on top of it. Everyone in the management office is super nice too! If there is something I have a problem with, they're willing to sit down with me and try to solve it. They make everyone here feel safe and welcomed, and that's something you can't get at most apartments. I appreciate all the hard work everyone here puts in to make sure the residents here are happy.
These are some of the best apartments in south Minneapolis. Respectful neighbors and very well managed. They take great care of the building inside and outside. Located in an ideal location far enough away from busy areas, yet close to lots of stores, parks, and community resources. The units are really impressive for the price, equipped with your own laundry machine, dishwasher, spacious kitchen with an island counter, small office area in some units, huge bedroom closet, central air, dog friendly, cat friendly, and people friendly. There is even a small dog park and a community gym. I am very happy here and I highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
When I first came to look this apartment. I immediately knew this was the perfect place to call my home. I didn't second-guess it. I have lived here since November off 2016 and couldn't be more happier. The entire staff at Longfellow station are awesome. They always greet you with a smile and warm coffee. They are so helpful and go out of their way to help their residences. I would give them 10 ✨ STARS if I could. The cleaning lady does vary good job 👏 the complex is vary well kept and maintained. The Management are awesome and go out of their way to make you feel like your family. They go above and beyond. I can't thank them enough. There is no better building to live in Minneapolis than LONGFELLOW STATION. This is not your average property. We truly enjoy living here and can't say enough
Becky is a good manager. The other one is always rude and unprofessional. We have been living with a bug problem for about two years and staff has done nothing. I have had to buy bug spray and treat the apartment with my own money when I am getting the bugs from my neighbors who have the bugs and the bugs are now traveling to my apartment. They refuse to treat the whole apartment building and have been rude to my grandparents who are disabled.my grandma has been injured by the doors in the apartment building which are supposed to handicap accessible but aren’t
