Long Lake Appraisal

Due to current regulations, a consumer cannot pick their appraiser. I was very worried when Long Lake Appraisal was going to assess our refinance. We had to work with the company in 2017 - due to several MAJOR errors and the unprofessional approach, we lost the property. We also lost the funds used to pay for the appraisal and home inspection fees. Fast forward to 2021 - our final report was very disappointing.
