This Long and Foster Real Estate office is amazing! I have been both the buyer and seller (twice) and have used this agency. Linda Brooks was our realtor each time and did an amazing job! She helped us sell our 1st home when the military moved us out of state. She then helped us find the most amazing family home to raise our babies in, when the military moved us back. Finally, she listed and sold our house almost immediately when we moved once again. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to find just what we needed has brought us back to her each and every time! It’s hard to even put into words how awful our experience has been. The neighbors are great! When we first moved in our washer kept running water so we didn’t have hot water, the floor were completely damaged, nothing was cleaned or painted before we moved in. We would put in maintenance request and they wouldn’t be resolved for weeks. Our ac unit flooded our living room 4 times and not once did they do a mold inspection, deduce our rent, or put us in a hotel. They finally after the 4th flood got new flooring but then the laminate floor started leaking glue and no one ever came to fix it. We had to take our dog to the vet because the glue got onto his skin. Also they poured concrete in front of our entry doors one day so we were locked in the house for 24/hrs with no way out. Don't deal with these people they steal your money when it comes to your security deposit they make up things that you need window cleaning inside and out and I have pictures they don't even look clean outside!! I clean the inside windows twice, so I don't know what they're charging for? They charged me for chimney cleaning and the chimneys filthy on the outside with cobwebs hanging on cap. Very dishonest people and rude.

When buying my home years ago they were very proactive, but when I went to sell recently I did not feel I had the same enthusiasm. There was not enough notification and communication on the process.
