I have lived here for the past 3 years. I love it here. Roy and team are very responsive in any concerns I have had. It’s quiet, convenient location with great amenities. The pool is always clean, the gym has a good variety of options, fire pits and grills are available for resident use and there’s a dog park with a full size dog bathing area. They take a lot of pride in maintaining the property and are very friendly.

Today, I spoke with “Ray” directly and was incredibly disappointed, considering the other reviews provided. Makes me wonder if they were coerced. Very unpleasant experience overall. I would never rent from this property

I’ve had the chance to get to know this apartment complex, and I have to say—it left such a great impression. The property is clearly well taken care of, from the clean, well-kept grounds to the inviting pool and hot tub area. What stood out most, though, was the owner. He genuinely cares about the community and it shows in everything he does. He knows residents by name, checks in with people, and you can tell he takes real pride in making this a great place to live. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch these days, and it definitely sets this place apart. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, community-focused apartment complex, this is absolutely worth checking out.

Gem of a place in Tampa! The pool is always clean and the hot tub is always hot! Cute courtyard, the on-site gym is convenient, apartments are spacious, it's in a good neighborhood, and the prices are fair. Roy and his crew are always around making sure the place is kept up. It's nice dealing with an individual landlord instead of a property management company.

Apparently, making and keeping appointments doesn’t mean much to you. I went out of my way to schedule a time to see your community, but when I called back to confirm, you acted like I was interrupting your world. I have the proof to qualify for your apartment — but based on how you treated me, maybe it’s not me who should be doing the proving. Blocking someone is a childish behavior. You got major issues.
