Lofts at Rivers Edge

This is the absolute worst place to live at. First off, their website shows these luxury apartments which is FAR FROM THE TRUTH! The apartment doors have this sticker over them to make them look luxury but about 90% of the doors stickers are peeling or missing parts from it. SO TACKY! Then they pick and choose who they want to give updated apartments to. If you are going to renovate one apartment, do the rest of them as well. If you don't live in an apartment next to the property management office, you are treated like your are non worthy. The sidewalks and pathways are terribly dirty. There are bugs in the apartments. They lock up the dog park so you cant take your dog there. The washer and dryers always seem to be broken. The grills by the pool do not work. And the property manager and o

My son and I have recently moved in and had no issues. Bertha was such a great help with getting us in with all the paper work. She such an amazing person to work with. She does her job very well and is very professional in every aspect.

Lived here in 2022. Hoping the change has fully revamped the place. Always had bugs no matter how clean/how many times pest control came in. Kids swarmed the parking lot/pool after school. Domestic violence between other residents. Such a shame being so close to UT campus and affordable that it was that way. Washer/dryers would take my money, phone number never worked to get reimbursed on the machines. Maintenance was usually quick and front staff was friendly.

Management is amazing. Always willing to work things out with us, any problems Bertha gets right on it to fix anything. Pamela helped us move in and was absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything you guys do.

The property manager here is shady. She forcefully evict people by turning off their electric when they call the police to report an issue because it is illegal. They go and shut off your water next because who are you gonna call the water company since they provide it for you They make up charges every month as you go along so that way the lady can pocket the money. It really needs a new property manager manager. I wish the owners would really look into this.
