Rent anywhere else. The Lofts at Little Creek, The Lofts Hillside, BSC Holdings, and owner Barry Siegal all hide behind a maze of LLCs that makes it nearly impossible for tenants to get real accountability. It feels intentionally designed to dodge responsibility rather than provide fair housing. Inga Sullivan and Caitlin Hawkins in the office were polite but ultimately unhelpful — communication was minimal, legal requirements like security deposit documentation were ignored, and instead of answers, we were met with threats of collections. Read the reviews — our experience isn’t unique. There are countless complaints of the same behavior: fees added after move-out, no transparency, and zero urgency in resolving issues. Accommodations were great, I have nothing negative to say, minus one. I gave them my email, and I received junk mail from marriott. Easily enough to unsubscribe, but I didn't ask for it.

Nice apartments, great location, and excellent customer service from office staff.
