Property is beautiful and very well-kept. Johanna, the Manager was absolutely amazing! I will be moving in soon.

Cockroaches, mold, breaking appliances. I have been living here for 3 months and I regret it! I contacted the leasing office about the cockroaches and nothing is ever done. There is mold in the walls and ceilings and it makes it hard to breathe but when I tell maintenance about it they say they can’t get into the vents. Plus, the appliances are falling apart. My fridge never runs properly, the dishwasher barely works. Please reconsider if you are planning on leasing here.

I just finished my lease with Lofton after 2 years, and I only have good things to say. The apartment was beautiful, the maintenance team was excellent every time I needed something fixed, it was done immediately. And the office staff was always ready to help and listen. Highly recommended.

The leasing office is extremely incompetent. They are rude, crass, and enjoy abusing any power they hold, which serves no one. I do not recommend leasing here, half the staff do not treat clients nicely.

They're rude, crass and nasty. They don't care... about money. They have threatened many people before and talk down to them like they were inhumane. I plan on filing a lawsuit. You need to learn how to respect people. First of all, you're not bigger than the person that owns the properties so you need to sit down somewhere. Enjoy your lawsuit.
