Account manager John and Underwriter Chantelle were fabulous. They were helpful, seemed invested in getting the loan cleared and closed, and fun to work with. The only downside was the price hits that were assigned to the file once the final underwrite was in process due to changes we made to make the file work. Those hits were never disclosed to me and were a very unpleasant surprise when the final numbers came out. We made it work and the loan closed. John explained their workflow timings, and what we could do to meet our closing date, and that totally saved the day! Thanks John and Chantelle for making this an overall good experience.
