Avoid this company!! The loan process was fine but they sold the loan to PHH mortgage which is a terrible servicer with several class action suits, some still ongoing. Look them up. You will be trapped. This is a slap in the face to their customers. Do better. Notice how their response doesn't address that they sold the loan to an awful servicer. They won't address it because they know they are wrong. I don't care that the loan was sold, I care that it was sold to a crooked company that just changed their name to hide their aweful reputation. Way to double down on the bad behavior. Just look up PHH mortgage and see the countless lawsuits and complaints.
