My husband and I are beyond disappointed with Loan Depot. We are currently in the middle of a government shutdown, and my husband who’s a federal employee hasn’t received a paycheck since the end of September. We reached out to Loan Depot for assistance or temporary relief, only to find out they offer no help at all for federal workers during a crisis like this. It’s incredibly disturbing that a mortgage company of this size and reputation shows zero compassion or flexibility for hardworking families who are struggling through no fault of their own.
