Claudia and her team at Living Structures are excellent! We decided to move to this area over three years ago and we worked with her year over year exploring neighborhoods and properties. She was incredibly knowledgeable and met our needs. We joked and laughed as we saw an array of houses, met a few locals and explored properties. When we first walked into our now current home she was just as excited as were were. She knew we would love the home and property and settle right in. The principal, Claudia, was very helpful when we bought our home in Columbia County. What I liked was she wasn't shy about telling us if she felt a house we were interested in after seeing it on the Internet was not suitable for our needs and desires. We were moving from North Carolina which is a two day drive, so Claudia would check out properties we were interested in and report back to us. We didn't want to make a twelve hour drive and find out that the property was quite different than the appealing online pictures. Claudia also gave us the name of a very competent whole house inspector.

We worked with Claudia for over a year to find our new home, and couldn't be happier with where we've landed! Claudia went above and beyond, even traveling outside of her typical driving range to look with us. Throughout the process she was extremely proactive. We felt very comfortable with our communications, and felt she was sincerely honest with her feedback.
