Property manager is a ridiculous fool; does nothing all day, rude. And very inconsiderate. Small apartment, electric heat, means electric bills will be very high. Mold on siding, very visible, bugs in fixtures. Also lays down ☠ poison outdoors. Little if any maintenance, idiot plows the parking area. Ready to move to move back home to Long Island. Some of the residents are very nice, but cannot overcome the horrendous area and the horrendous manager. The woman cannot manage this building, while managing other properties. If I was overseaing this woman, she would be terminated with a negative reference.
Very clean. You need a security code to enter
It was a great place very quiet people were very friendly. It is very beautiful 😍
