Of the 2 Bedroom plans, we chose then smallest floor plan (and lowest rent), but it still feels HUGE! Storage is NOT an issue here, whether it's in the Kitchen (Giant Island, tons of Cabinet space and a Pantry) The Laundry Room (Double Doors just off of the Kitchen with plenty of storage room) or Bedrooms (each bedroom has a GIANT walk in closet! Both bedrooms have their own full bath with a two sink Vanity.

My husband and I started looking to down size Feb 2025 and we found Livano Oakwood appealing to the eye. Keyonte was amazing showing us everything about the apartment complex and the specias and offers for each units. Even though we wasn't able to sell home in a timely manner in 2025 here it was one year later, February 2026, we ended up back at Livano Oakwood. Keyonte once again not only remembered us but was accommodating when we told her we was looking to compare to other complex within the radius. Although joking that we'll be back. Less than 4 hours later we did application and by end of February both husband and I are excited and felt welcomed to thia amazing community. I love living here, everyone is friendly. Antony and Amy at the leasing office were instrumental in my choosing my new apartment, always being cordial, friendly and helpful. Livano Oakwood pays attention to every detail. Maintenance is performed efficiently and daily. Nothing to complain about.

Update: I wanted to share that the manager personally reached out to me regarding the noise concerns, and I truly appreciated that. It made a big difference to feel heard and taken seriously. Since then, there has been a noticeable effort to create a more peaceful environment and to remind residents to be considerate of one another. Apartment living will always come with its challenges, but it means a lot when management is responsive and proactive in protecting the comfort of the community. I’m thankful for the attention and follow-through. Thanks again! While many aspects of the property are enjoyable, a recurring problem has consistently affected my ability to live comfortably here. They got me approved fast and moved in quickly. Antony was a complete stud and on-point getting everything squared away knocking down all obstacles. I appreciate the help!! Amy got the lease signed off quickly and was a big help getting me into my new apartment.
