My partner and I had almost given up our home search completely, due to many townhomes we looked at in our price range being much older and needing a lot of work, or either new construction exhibiting poor build quality. One random Saturday morning, we were out just driving around our desired areas looking at homes, discouraged from months of looking without success. we randomly happened to find Oakwood Terrace LGI Community when driving around, and decided to pull in. Definitely the sales process was incredible, however in my personal case they were not clear with the information provides, I’m feeling tricked. Now after we close the deal we are one more number.

I completely agree with others—the home buying process here is outstanding, and the team truly goes above and beyond. However, once you move in, there are a few challenges. First, fences are not allowed, which is inconvenient since nearly everyone has a dog. Second, the streets are very narrow, and because there isn’t enough visitor parking, many residents end up parking on the sides of their homes. The limited visitor parking we do end up looking like a crowded car dealership in the back. While there is additional space available, it’s unclear whether the community plans to continue building there or leave it open. I just wish we had more consistent updates about the construction plans so residents could stay informed.

Houses are beautiful as a new house can be but service is outstanding, they helped me out through the process of qualifying for a FHA loan, seamlessly the communication it has been open and they were really flexible, they have good incentives. Come and check it out.
