Little London Apartments

I lived there for 2 years, and it is a good place for the money. I had one of the older apartments. I enjoyed my stay. It did have some issues, but Mrs. Lily was quick to respond and address things. It is also a quiet and safe place to stay. You can't hear your neighbors.

I have lived at Little London Apartments for 2 years now, which is operated by Tabor Management and it has been a terrible experience. I lived here the first year not knowing anything about it and living here a second year was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. The people at Tabor are in no way ever helpful nor do they want anything to do with you or to help you. The apartments are so outdated and nothing in them works. Repair people that Tabor bring in are always here "fixing" stuff that quits working or break again with a week. I advise EVERYONE who reads this to stay as far away from Little London or anything else owned by Tabor Management as possible. Terrible units and even worse management.

My roommates and I had very few problems at Little London. Noise was never an issue, and maintenance did work pretty quickly to take care of our refrigerator which suddenly stopped working one day. The townhouses themselves were in good condition, and management was friendly.

Little London is the community but the units are owned by multiple different properties so be wary of who exactly you choose to rent from. I do not recommend Tabor management.

If you are looking for a well kept, clean apartment with great maintenance then do t move here. It’s a dump.
