I had a great stay here. The staff are super helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond. They really went out of their way to help me when my car needed a jump start. You can tell they care about the people living here. The location is perfect since you can walk to both campus and downtown. The rent is very affordable too. I’d definitely recommend living here.

My son had a great experience living in Southern Shade in a 1 bedroom apartment. We never had a problem getting in touch with the landlords when we needed them and they immediately addressed a problem he had with the toilet leaking. I highly recommend Kraker Properties!

Rent was reasonably priced for the market, great location near campus, communication with the office was easy, and best of all the maintenance staff were attentive and quick anytime there was a concern. Kraker properties are the absolute best! I have been living on one of their properties for almost 3 years now and it has been an absolute joy! The houses and apartments are awesome! Highly recommend!
