This is the second time they have given me the run around about viewing one of their properties. First it was call the day before to view it. Then it was call the day of. They never process your application, but still accept the application fee. The last time I tried to view the home I was interested in, I called the day of and was told it was too muddy outside to view. Next thing I know the home is no longer listed on the website. These people are not professional and only take your app fee with no intention of ever actually processing your app. I would not recommend. If I could give them 0 stars I would. You have been warned of how they are, better listen to the real reviews.

Riverbreeze homes are not worth the price they are renting them out for. My mother's mail has been stolen several times. Always kids running around the street making noise, fighting. Cops has been through here several times even live pd came around once. Music coming from people cars are extremely loud at night. Definitely not a safe neighborhood. As far as the rental properties the houses are very nice. The double wide and single wide trailers are cheap as in the counters and showers tear up easily. Im pretty sure the rug in my mother's home hasn't been change in years before she even moved in. The women that work in the front office are VERY rude. My mom has ask them a simple question that only needed a simple yes or no answer. And the response she was given was "we are not there to hold

I've tried to view 2 different properties. They told me to go view it while the workers are working on the property. I drive over 50 miles to go view both properties and the doors are locked and no workers present. I waited over 2 hours and no one showed. They could care less how far you're traveling to view their properties.

Wonderful for seven years. Sold their homes during the pandemic and now we are being forced out by some out of town buyer using loopholes in the eviction moratorium laws. Best landlord I've ever had, sad you're gone.

My family has loved here for 3 years. We love our house. Kristen, in the office is just amazing any questions, she can answer them.
