Lion Village Student Housing

I've been at lion’s village for almost a year, and I've really enjoyed my experience living here. The location is the biggest reason I chose to live here but I've been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the living spaces as well as the work service. JJ in particular has been extremely helpful with work orders responding very fast and explaining what was being done. The actual neighborhood is well maintained and is a safe environment.

I’ve had a great experience living here! JJ is seriously the best — he’s always quick to respond and seems to be able to fix just about anything. No matter what the issue is, he handles it fast and gets it done right the first time. It really gives you peace of mind knowing maintenance is taken care of so efficiently. The property itself is also very affordable for what you get. It’s a nice, comfortable place to live, and you can tell they care about keeping everything in good shape. Overall, it’s a great value and a great place to call home. Highly recommend!

My daughter lived in this complex and it was a great experience. Safe, well-run, clean and a wonderful value. I'd defiantly recommend to any parent when their child is wanting to move off campus.

I have lived at Lion Village for a year, and could not be happier about my experience. The units are beautiful and well maintained, with fair expectations outlined in the lease. The environment is safe and welcoming, and the staff are amazing. The primary front desk associate, Tony, is kind and helpful. This man has tolerated many bizarre questions and complains from me with abundant patience and kindness. He has always been sure to avoid providing answers to questions that fall outside of his expertise. He consistently passes my inquiries onto appropriate associates. I always hear from another associate within 1-2 business days via email to answer my question. I would like to provide more details about why I did not give a 5-star review. I also want to note that I have lowered my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. One of the biggest issues at Lion’s Village is the lack of respect toward residents. Whenever I visit the leasing office with concerns about my unit, I am met with dismissiveness, condescension, and gaslighting. Rather than offering support, the staff shifts blame onto resident rather then taking ownership. My unit has had a persistent rodent problem for the past two years. When I raised concerns, I was labeled as pushy and nagging. It wasn’t until I escalated the issue to corporate that maintenance finally sealed the hole where the mice were coming in. Residents are also responsible for requesting pest control services, rather than Lion
