Linville Ridge Apartments

I submitted a work order for some repairs outside my front door. They were on it immediately. They assessed the problem and told me what the plan of action would be. The repairs were made in a timely manner. Awesome work!!

My experience was very pleasant. not only did the maintenance man fix my leaky sink he replaced the faucet and the shower nozzle in my bathroom which had been plaguing me for a long time. It's been so nice to take a shower with nice water pressure and to be able to turn it off and on a lot easier. He was very efficient with putting in the new Air Conditioning. It only took him about 15 minutes and it looks so nice in the wall. The only thing I would like for you to consider is a new shower stall or bathtub in my apartment. It's been resurfaced so many times that it keeps peeling up going down the drain and making the drain stop up. Plus it has been known to cut the bottoms of my feet whenever it's curling up in the bottom. I feel like I've been here long enough and I'm paying enough for re

The unit's are a little dated, Not a fan of the floor plans in the unit's or the brown imitation wood paneling in the unit's. They're also over $1000/month for a 2 bedroom. The kitchens are gally style with huge eat at counter bars. They're styled for bar style stools and perfect for a person who's 5 foot or taller to stand at or sit on stool. They're pet friendly, have a community pool, dog poo bag stations all around the property
