My brother since staying here has been in HELL and the management continues to just disregard him. Between the lack of responsiveness and the challenging living environment, it’s hard to maintain any work-life balance or peace of mind here. Isela Moreno has been making things difficult telling my brother to stop emailing them about a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE REGARDING LIVING THERE, what gm does that. Especially if you encourage residents to email the office. Communication with these guys are really bad. Please if anything changes which I think it won’t for my brother because management is TERRIBLE DONT STAY HERE

My son has been living at Linden Ranch and the environment has been extremely harmful to his well-being. management has made the process unnecessarily difficult, barely responding and failing to reach out to his clinician. Living here has contributed to depression, declining work performance, and overall stress. I can no longer stand by while he continues to live in such a negative environment. Linden Ranch is not supportive, and I cannot recommend it to anyone in need of a safe, healthy living situation.

Communication issues has been a constant thing for them, Staff is inconsiderate and will just discard you when problem arises. Ms. Isela Moreno the general manager seems like she doesn’t care and barely even replies even with a serious issue, DO NOT STAY HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR SAFETY.

Great place to live! The ladies at the leasing office were always so helpful, and Shawn (the maintenance manager) was amazing — requests got taken care of so quickly and done right. Made living here so easy.
