I loved working with CA on purchasing my new build home for the first time! I had a successful process and CA made made it smoother. He always kept me updated and is responsive to all my questions. I am in love with my new home and it’s peaceful, beautiful neighborhood!

This review is based strictly on my experience with Mr. CA Anderson. As a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed with what necessary actions were needed to purchase a home without getting the short end of the stick. CA was professional and was upfront and real about everything that went on from the beginning of the process and until the very end. If it wasn’t for him as a seller, I doubt we would have continued to purchase this home. This man is their best asset and I would purchase my next home with anyone as long as he is the one selling it.

CA was great, from the start to finish. This is our first home, we had lots of questions and he was always there to answer them. We are very happy so far and excited for our new Home. The neighborhood is also nice. Looking forward to our house to finish so we can move in.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences working with CA and Todd w/Hudson Hills and Cambridge Homes. I expected difficulties building a new home during these times but CA and his team were upfront and honest with me throughout the entire process. Todd kept me updated every week with progress photos and is working with me even after I’ve moved in. Great team!
