Truly love living here! Maintenance is always fast, it is always clean grounds, managers respond quickly, I truly don't have a negative thing to say about living here! I have no intention of moving out of here for as long as possible.

We loved living here at the Linden lane apartments. The staff was really friendly, we have been here for 3 years never had any problems. It was very clean and the grounds were well kept. The apartments felt very safe, especially for children. We would have stayed but we bought a house. We will miss the apartments. We had a lot of happy memories here that we will cherish.

This has been the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. 6-year residents. Grounds are very well maintained and beautifully landscaped, with lots of nice walking walks and greenery. Maintenance keeps the property very clean and up to date from the grounds to the inside of the apartments. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. All the staff are incredibly nice and their actions show sincere care about the property and the residents. Problems reported to staff are taken seriously and addressed, and residents that repeatedly disrupt the peace and cleanliness of the area- breaking their lease terms- are dealt with and either stop the behaviors or seem to be evicted in a timely manner. I signed a 1 year lease here and I'm nearing the end of it. Unfortunately I won't be renewing it due to the bad parking situation specifically for us that are in the front of the neighborhood. There is just nowhere near enough unassigned parking in the front to ever get a spot in the evening. So you're stuck hiking from the end of the property everyday when you get home if you're on an afternoon shift. I used to live here a few years back in the E building further back and never had an issue getting a spot. This is an everyday occurrance, and to the best of my knowledge I don't think they have any plans to address this unfair aspect of living in the front. This is a beautiful place to live! The grounds are well kept. All the staff are wonderful, and they keep on top of maintenance! They take any concern you have very seriously, and are on top of it. As Patrick , the manager is part owner. They are there when you need them, and they're very pleasant people! The ladies in the office are very kind and sweet people. You will love this place! The apartments are very spacious, and beautiful! Once you move in, you won't want to leave! I would highly recommend this place, as your home!
