Matt and Gus are truly fantastic. Anytime we have a question or concern, they jump on it right away. They're professional, kind, consistent and genuinely easy to talk to. Having responsive, reliable management goes a long ways in apartment living. My partner and I have lived here for 2 years. I can honestly say that if we didn't trust management, we would have left. We really appreciate you both—thanks so much, Gus and Matt! You guys are part of the reason why we stay here!

I moved in Aug of 2025 and have had a pleasant experience. The property manager, Matt, is really nice and super responsive. The building is pretty quiet and the neighborhood is safe with lots of walkable/bikeable activities and restaurants.

I’ve lived here for multiple years and have always had prompt responses for maintenance requests. Everyone in the building is friendly and it’s hard to beat this neighborhood. Outstanding experience.

I feel as though I can't leave a 0-1 star review because I don't actually live here, but I was interested in so. I had scheduled a tour, which was a hassle. I sent numerous online inquiries and since I hadn't heard back I gave a call and set one up over the phone. I then received confirmation that the tour was successfully booked. Upon the day of the tour, I received an additional automated text to confirm, to which I responded. I arrived about 10 minutes early for wiggle room and tried calling via the door system. However, after 3 failed attempts and no answer, a resident was kind enough to at least let me in the waiting area. Once inside, I called again from my cell phone and left a voicemail. Does anyone work here? I moved in this past July and it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone from the leasing office (Level 10 Property Management). Prior to moving in, I spoke to different people on the phone, however have not heard from them since. I am not sure if the leasing office just has high staff turnover or what. Unfortunately, there is no on-site location where you can speak with an actual person if you need help or have questions. I have emailed them a few times with questions/concerns I have (parking, key fob, electricity bill, etc). I received one reply on July 15th that said they were forwarding my email to someone else. When I didn't hear back after a week, I emailed them again... that was 25 days ago and still no response. I have also called the phone number pr
