Liberty Military Housing - Little Creek

I only give them 1 because zero is not allowed. I recently had to move out to fulfill short fuse orders received on 12 September 2025 wit a reporting date for my I-Stop no later that 13 October 2025, all while I was in San Antonio (My parent command) for training. I soon as I got back I personally spoke to Thomas Glantz and explained my situation, he said to email him my orders to wave the 30 day notice. I also was very clear that I was going to ne out of the property no later that 10 October 2025 and he affirmed me that if I leave by the 10th to let them know so I could only be charge for the 10 days. Liberty Housing is now charging me for 20 days (totaling $1670.00) that I did not live in their premises. I have spoke to multiple individuals but no one is helping me at all. I spoke to A

Charges us if we don't upkeep our back yards but they can't upkeep the neighborhood grass. The surrounding area that is their responsibility to keep maintained has now resulted in the renters/military families starting to maintain it becausing housing wont and we are tired of it looking bad. We are lucky if they come mow 1 time a month. Now we are about to have our trash cans taken away if they are left out passed trash day in an effort to 'keep the neighborhood clean'..? The supervisors at Liberty are rude and disrespectful. They don't care about their own staff nor their tenants. If you are moving here DO NOT look into Liberty Military Housing. Nothing has changed since they changed their name from Lincoln to Liberty. The houses are falling apart and have so much damage between leaks,

We recently transferred from San Diego and I can honestly say that the staff here have been phenomenal! They were professional, friendly and helpful in the entire process. I was very impressed with the level of care they took to ensure my family and I had a smooth and successful move. Thank you again!

Can’t find the time to fix the gazebo that has loose bricks that kids throw and break park equipment with (been asking for 2 years about that), but they have time to go around putting notices on doors about grass that is too long when weather hasn’t permitted being able to mow. Can’t find the time to come clean up the outrageous mess of pine needles in the front yard or get rid of the sludge that gums up the curbside making it a slipping hazard, but has time to point out the problem I hadn’t had the time to finish picking up the kennel my dog was in while she was sick…respectfully, maybe find something better to do with your time then harassing families about things that have been out less than a week or the weather prevents them from taking care of. We put down rock and moved pavers to improve the condition of the backyard and are being charged to have it removed even when the condition we had moved in was disgusting. UPDATE: added photo from today to show the job to remove the rock and pavers that they are charging us for was never done.
