Liberty Creek - Smith Douglas

I am a Realtor and have now brought a couple of buyers to Liberty Creek, and the entire experience was nothing short of impressive. Brought a buyer to this community to view homes. Mike was very responsive and helpful. Aloud me to assist my client but was there every step of the way. Went out of his way to make sure we were good. Wells did the orientation and final walk through. He did a great job. My buyer is a single mom and even though she has owned a home before - Not new. He walked us through the home and went over everything. Thank you for making this a 5-star service experience for my buyer.

I’ve edited the review to include the email from the HOA stating that Smith Douglas chose to raise the dues. Purchased a home in this community. Was told that it would be a relaxed HOA that would be mainly maintaining the walkway and pond but that was a lie. Had to find the actual filed Covenants because I was only given the “draft” and then the builders assigned HOA created more strict rules that includes how big of a garden and shed you can have on acre + lots. They just raised the HOA dues when they don’t even maintain anything and didn’t even tell us why they were raising the dues.

This community has huge lots and their floorplans are amazing!
