these people are an environmental disaster. Plus, they use the shayest of people to run their leasing offices (ample storage). they prey upon the poor and allow these people to open businesses out of their units (which is not allowed) and once the city, EPA or tenants complain they kick them out or lie to the point it is sociopathic. They have an extremely shady man, Erik, working at Ample storage in durham that is openly racist and will scam you out of rent money. When the sheriff finally comes, maybe they will wake up. They only way they listen is my suing them.
Great company with great people. Rented a storage space in Cary and had excellent service. Property manager went above and beyond helping me during the stressful move. A definite 5 star company❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
