Proactive and effective Communication doesn’t exist. They come off shady and do not move in a professional manor. Little to no communication overall . Work with them for two years and was dissatisfied the whole two years.

I have rented from Leverage properties and I have had nothing but good experiences. Christine Starks has been a great at communicating with me and keeping up with the problems I have had. ( She can only do what the landlords allow her to do). I would most definitely recommend Leverage Property management to anyone that is looking for a home.

As the owner of The Village @ West Jefferson, we have found Leverage Lease to be professional. attentive and very responsive to the building maintenance and the tenants. We could not selected a better management company for our commercial project.

My experience with this property management company has been horrendous! If i could deduct stars from the ratings, it would be in the negative. I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy. Ok, maybe I would as revenge! At the beginning, I saw red flags and warned my husband not to do business with this company; however, people we knew vouched for William Stark [not Christine] so I went against my better judgment. They exhibited deficiencies on so many levels. It's laughable that they view themselves as legitimate and effective business owners. There was lack of communication in a timely manner, lack of professionalism, lack of adequate management skills, lack of common sense, and lack of decency. I do not recommend renting from this property management. I have had an ongoing plumbing issue for 5 months, I have contacted them on 4 different occurrences about how my toilet won’t flush and it backs up into the tub where my tub won’t drain either. They sent out certified plumbers who found roots in the pipes but the management group refuses to fix it; instead they shipped root killer to the address and told me to do some “at home” maintenance. Needless to say, that was ineffective and I am still having the issue. I have had feces sitting in my toilet for three days now and they refuse to fix the issue. I asked to break my lease and they want 4X rent to do so. They have left me in an unsanitary and unlivable situation.
