I previously lived at this apartment community and had a very disappointing experience at the end of my lease. I let the office know that I may not renew my lease and was explicitly told by their staff that as long as I gave 30 days’ notice, everything would be fine. Based on that information, I proceeded accordingly and let them know 45 days ahead. Later, I was contacted and was told it will be sent to collection with a $2,100 charge for “violation of contract,” claiming the lease required a 60-day notice. This completely contradicted what their own leasing office told me earlier. I fully paid but writing here for your information to avoid this place. Either their associates are not properly trained, or this is a very poor and misleading business practice aimed at charging tenants large

Alex and Manuel are wonderful and respectful and reliable maintenance workers. They came and fixed my electrical issues quickly and correctly. They are always friendly and helpful. I lived at this apartment and had a disappointing experience at the end of the lease. Management gave inconsistent information about the notice period and later charge me a large fee of 2,548.83 for late notice of not renewing the lease even though I email them 45 days ahead of my lease end date. This shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. Based on my experience I recommend everyone to avoid this place.

Alex and Manuel came to check my heat after I had to have my hot water tank replaced. They explained how the unit worked and assured it was working and just give it more time to heat my apartment. They both were very professional and friendly.
