Be Aware… If you want to be lied to you found the right company. It wasn’t till after the earnest money was paid the truths come out. Now the finger pointing and blame game has begun, for two weeks between the HOA and Lennar. Lennar will not and does not stand behind their buyers. They take their time responding to you after a follow up email was sent and again blamed someone else for not following back up with you like they said they would. This from a VP of customer relations. It’s so disappointing to be lied to after spending thousands on a new house that you can’t even make Your Home because Lennar doesn’t want to do the right thing for their buyers. It is a very simple fix that several owners in the community want but Lennar is acting like a bully to the owners and blaming others. On
