I moved into a townhome that I purchased in one of your communities on November 9th. Two days after moving in my heat stopped working and a week after moving in my oven stopped working. It’s Nov 24th and my heat is still not working and my oven is still glitching among other issues that were identified in my new home orientation and acceptance walk through that were not addressed. Lennar’s website states that your commitment to quality, value and integrity is the underlying foundation upon which Lennar was built and those fundamental principles guide the company in caring for your customers; however, that has not been my experience so far. Very disappointing.

We were first time home buyers and while we like our house, some sub-par craftsmanship has resulted in problems that Lennar refuses to do anything about. Dealing with the sales agent was also a nightmare when we were going through the buying process. Without writing a novel on our experience, the salesperson we worked with was extremely incompetent. We would go weeks without hearing from her and when she did answer our questions the information was wrong more often than not. It took 8 attempts for her to send us an accurate contract, each of the first 7 revisions still contained glaring errors including the wrong plot number, the wrong orientation, even the wrong price. As a real estate agent I had an excellent experience and I'm very happy I took my clients to Lennar homes. They build a beautiful home and their customer service and customer care is top notch. Their use of technology makes things so much easier. I highly recommend Lennar Homes.

We lived in our townhouse for almost two years now and there are still multiple items they were suppose to fixed under warranty and are still not completed. They schedule repair appointment with you and then make you wait all day just for them to not show up. They no show to 3 appointments they scheduled with me. Mike Rollins and Brady Kucharski are both useless individuals that work for them. They don’t answer their phone, emails, or voicemail. Stay away from this company.

My husbandcand I get food from Boston Market. It is pretty good and they run good specials quite often.
