Out here mowing the HOA lawn behind the houses because Lennar doesn't take care of anything that people buying houses can't see. Don't buy one of there houses. They ignored me and didn't finish anything. Any excuse not to finish work and do poor quality work. Saturday morning doing lennars job.
Loved it, by far the best neighborhood I have seen amazing concept. Has school. Cafe. And more. Great place to raise a family and amazing house prices.
