Lennar at Savanna Lakes

I have to say, working with Anthony and the Lennar team has been an absolute pleasure. I was very particular about the model I wanted and the exact location, and Anthony’s patience throughout the entire process was incredible. From the start, I told him this was the community for us, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He was always open, honest, and upfront with every question I had. We ended up finding the perfect home at the perfect time. The entire process felt seamless, Lennar really has it down to a science. They were transparent from start to finish, and while I unfortunately didn’t qualify for an FHA loan through them, everything else went smoothly. The closing process was effortless, and we were never pushed to close early, in fact, we even had the option to move

It seems like they are selling smaller lots so they can shove more people in there.The houses are right on top of each other.There is no space in between maybe enough to push the lawnmower through. The gentleman who gave me a tour was very kind and welcoming; however, there has been no follow up. At the end it seemed like he was more dismissive at the end because I wasn't goin to jump on it, and he knew it. Just felt like I insulted him because I don't want to live on top of my neighbors. The pool was small for such a large and expensive community...
