Damian Evans was the lead contractor/ GM for house on Walnut Run in River Hall and was awesome! We have reached out to him 2-3 years after the house was built and he has always helped. It’s hard to find people in today’s market with pride in workmanship and organization like him. Make sure you take care of him if you want happy home owners! Sincerely, DJ
Lennar never answers their phones or returns calls. No management whatsoever. Poor coordination, communication and zero service. To top it off they will scam your money at any/all opportunities. Avoid at all costs!
Not at all impressed with their homes. Appear to be cheaply built. You can have extra amenities but there is a significant up charge. Why not just make a quality product in the first place?
We have lived here for a little over 2 years! Now we have a roof leak that will cost us $1700 and our warranty is out of date!! 2 years on a roof???
Good value compared to most builders in the area. The golf membership deal is a steal as well!
