Hampton Lakes at River Hall by Pulte Homes

The whole experience was positive.. The quality oof the homes is very good. Joe Diccio was the salesperson who helped us. Very Professional and a salesperson with no drama. Straight to the point and clear. Would recommend to deal with him if you like clear and straight forward interaction with salespersons.

Joe Dichio was so helpful throughout the whole home buying/home hunting experience. Buying my first home felt like a huge milestone, and I’m extremely grateful that I had Joe Dichio guiding me through the entire process. He was so patient with my husband and I and he went above and beyond in every way, answering all our questions, breaking things down so we understood each step, and always being available when we needed him. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in helping them make the right decisions. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant. I've been living in River Hall for nearly 4 years. I am flabbergasted the reviews average 4.5 stars. This is by far one of the worst places to live for community centric active living. There is no regard for keeping the streets safe by adding more pedestrian crosswalks along the very busy feeder streets. Greenpointe is a profit crazed land developer that controls everything within the community with a firm grip on control of the HOA Board with its employees dominating the Board. This company continues to build hundreds of new homes in Hampton Lakes that were supposed to be built in the neighboring country club along with another golf course, and nobody knows how many more years will pass before these homes are completed so they can complete the final lift for the private community streets.

Pulte was fantastic. My wife and I are very happy with our entire experience. The Pulte Field Manger Ed Soto was a great communicator throughout. Derek our salesperson did a great job sending us updated pictures. We were living in Marietta, GA and moved to Alva!
