Lennar at Lindera Preserve at Cane Bay Plantation

This is our view that we paid for a “wooded lot” premium and that Lennar told us would be 30 feet of trees. Many other people in the neighborhood have been told similar stories. I made a petition for Lennar to at least put in more privacy trees along the borders that over 60 families signed in our neighborhood because of broken promises and Lennar ignored my calls and emails regarding it.

Builder sale manager would never respond to our request for new promotions through our realtor, posted the wrong house for home they provided us with info, overall horrible experience trying to communicate with the sales team for the Lennar homes in Cane Bay.

I am a new resident and had a few questions so stopped in to model home office and Andy was very helpful in sharing information with me.

We had a great experience with our Lennar Home, Kim our sales person took us to see several models in the Summer of 2020 and again when we were ready to purchase in the fall of 2020. She was patient and great to work with. Andrew our project manager under promised and over delivered. He completed our home one month before the scheduled completion date and answered all of our questions along the way. He provided us with weekly updates and let us walk the build weekly to see the progress. The quality and attention to details was top notch. A great experience from both of these great professionals.

What a great place to live. So inviting. Clean neighborhood. An awesome community. I don't live there , my kids do. I come to visit a lot. If I ever moved to south Carolina I would definitely want to be here.
