We had a very positive experience working with construction manager all the way through closing. Despite reviews & online chatter, we have been very impressed with their responsiveness as issues arise and the house is well constructed. The HOA does their job enforcing the deed restrictions we signed up for when we bought which is a positive.

We looked at a few models with Danielle and Shannon who are knowledgeable. Love the area and are looking into relocating from the north.

The sales team was great to work with during the home purchasing process. Once we closed, they seem not to be very personable and non caring. We were told we would have our mailbox available at closing.. it has been 3 months since we closed. Still No Mail Box! Buyers beware if you are moving Onto Grace Field Ave, you will not have a mail box and will have a 30 minute commute each day to the dorchester post office and an half hour to an hour wait, to get it. If you have 2 hours a day to spare just to get your mail, I wouldn’t sign the final contract until you get a usable mail box

Do not move here. Hoa is horrible make dumb rules .Charge 50 dollars to do just about anything on your own propery.No security at night with a wide open construction entrance. Disrespect veteran forcing resident to take down military window signs or Mia pow flags blaming decrease in property values. More and more toxic people moving in.Still no amenities almost 3 years later and then residents will be forced join with a additional charges .Forced to also join a 2nd Hoa with another additional charge. Construction of homes poor one bad storm and its all over .Suggest you look elsewhere before moving here

We were told that there is nothing to do on the outside of the home. Now that we’ve moved in we found out that we are responsible for fertilizing the shrubs and treating them for insects. Also, replacing and adjusting the sprinkler heads, which require special tools. My husband is a disabled vet and he has always done these things. At 80 years old I am now required to learn these things which require purchasing necessary tools and chemicals. We would have never bought In here if I had known this upfront
