We recently bought in Lakeside California. The homes are beautiful however, if you want to wait two or three months for your solar and to have an HOA that dictates your every homeowner dream from how you want your backyard designed from your plant choices ( they have a 4 page list of not allowed plants) to the size of the concrete pad you put in the BACKYARD to not having a fully covered patio to not having a charcoal grill then Lennar is the place you wanna live otherwise be careful. They also don’t disclose this to you until you’re almost done with Escrow had I known that I wouldn’t be able to choose my own plants and that I would need approval for the kind of front door I would like to have or that I would need neighbors to sign off on my front and backyard landscape or that we wouldn
