I lived here for 10 years and wouldn’t recommend it. Management never provided a peaceful or safe living environment. Ongoing conflicts between residents were ignored, even after I said I felt threatened. The property itself is in bad shape. Roofs are in serious disrepair, and one even collapsed in a unit. Water issues were constant — hot water was often unavailable, and water would be shut off for hours at a time. Safety was also a major concern. Aggressive dogs were allowed to stay on the property even after attacking other dogs and seriously injuring a person who needed surgery. Move-out sealed it for me. They didn’t follow state rules for returning deposits and after 10 years, I got back only $20. Overall, poor management, safety issues, and little respect for long-term tenants. I’d
