Lennar at Heron's Walk at Summers Corner

There's pros and cons. I am a utility locate technician and I travel to this place, The ponds, Horizons at Summer's Corner, Summer's Corner etc. They build these neighborhoods from ground up; the Entire neighborhood at the same time. They've put nature trails into them, and they keep the old beautiful oak trees and many of the other trees that have long history and southern beauty. It would be nice to see alot more trees in these places to be honest but everything else is so convenient, beautiful and nice, that you don't really notice it all time, it is Sunmerville after all. The homes range from enormous to just big. Im not a huge fan of the tight quarters, and small yards, but they're big enough to fit a pool in some, not that youd need it with the Waterpark coming shortly inside t
