Great location where all the new communities are clustered yet its quiet. Logan Blvd will soon connect Bonita Beach to Immokalee in Naples so the drive will be pretty. If you're looking for new home go here. But dont go alone. Take your realtor. Sellers pay buyers agents compensation so why go alone when you can have help?
Nice, pretty but cookie cutter. Homes are close to each other. Huge lake in the middle so homes circle the lake. Limited amenities so good for basic living. East of 75 by about 5 miles. I am sure the open property will become communities and shopping but right now it is cattle ranches and open land.
Not impressed at all. The homes are cheaply made. They are charging way more than they should. The HOA fees are a joke - look at the fine print if you do decide to buy one of these cheap houses.
I have a Question, I like to know if this Lennar house have any issue like plumbing etc.. Also How it is this community
Very nice residences. Unfortunately only two left in community.
