Very cute place for couples starting out. The apartment has plenty of storage, adorable built in shelves and private outdoor patio. Clean and nicely landscaped.

Apartment owner was very accommodating to my predicament of finding a place that would take my pet. Joe (the maint. guy when I lived there) took care of the few issues I had in a timely manner. The owner may come off as gruff sometimes, but he cares for his tenants and the property and it shows.

My wife and I just received noticed that the owner refuses to renew our lease, I spoke to him and he said it's because we have 4 cats and a small dog. We paid our pet deposit and when we applied for the place we asked if there were any pet restrictions and was told No!!!! I can understand if we paid our rent late but we always paid before the 1st. Never been late. That's completely unacceptable!!!!

12/20/23 my father sold his home he's 86 years old, no need for a 3BR, he needed a 1BR Apartment, he applied past background check, long story short, Joe did the Dew, pop's moved in he's happy, thankyou joe.
