Avon Park Estates

I am experiencing the similar to what Mr. George Lessard wrote. I wish to know if anyone knows anything about Avon Park Estates. I own a property in Avon Park for about 20 years and have been paying tax all these years.

We bought land in Avon Park Estates several years ago when we were overseas serving in the military. Over the last few years we have become increasingly frustrated with this organization, obviously praying upon service members to buy overpriced pieces of property. Recently we have been unable to contact them --after they (specifically Eleanor) referred us to a company that wanted to buy our property, which has turned out to be another scam--the phone number on their website has been disconnected. We have filed complaints against Avon Park Estates and Coast to Coast Realty, with the Attorney General for FL and MN as well as the BBB.

I called avaon park estates looking for an address. The lady who answered the phone answered like she was answering her home phone. I asked he if this was Avon park Estates and she rudely said yes. I then proceeded to ask her for an address and she said that they don't give our addresses over the phone. I asked her why she wouldn't tell me if I had the proper address because they advertise on Google and I already have their address. She hung up on me. I guess they don;t want to be bothered on Saturday. I would stay away from thes guys.

The county is working and had a public hearing today Oct 13 2020 to fix the problem with the lots that were split years ago, and that will fix the problem for the owners trying to build in their split property. About time this is done.
